Best Summer Break Ever!

Hey y'all...these few days had been quite exhausting with assignments and drawings and such...not really my cup of tea! You can give me books for me to read for hours, but drawing.....TETTTT...Anyway I'm almost done so I've got extra time to spare with this lil' lappy of mine (my life saviour during free times hehe) =P

Okay...since there's nothing much to tell, I'll share my experience about the best summer break I've ever had - me and my family performing the Umrah! The plan started when I was only at Year 5, but due to some problems, we can't go. Finally, Allah had called us to visit His house when I was 18, Alhamdulillah...Usually during holidays, my family would've visited any places we like to loosen up, but this time, it's different. We're not going there to play around and relax, it's the time where we really focus on worshipping Allah and repent, back to where we should be. This is on June last year, two weeks before heading to university =)

So I went there using the Royal Brunei Airlines (because i've been living at Sarawak previously) and transitted at Brunei first before heading to Jeddah. On my way there, I've managed to snap some pretty nice pictures...

 The trip was pretty exhausting (bukannye buat ape pun hahah!)...coz it was a 12-hour flight. Fortunately there's a screen for each of us to watch movies and playing games. Good work RBAs!

Jeddah was one of the busiest city in Saudi, so you can tell why it looked so muddled from air. See?

So, there's the proof...look at all those small and packed buildings till you can barely see the roads! Aigoo...I'm so anticipated to look deeper within =)

Thank God I didn't experience a jetlag, otherwise I'll be so sleepy! But Jeddah is not our destination, Madinah and Makkah is. So we head off to Madinah using a bus and wow, it's a wonderful 4-hour view over the desert! I never went to a desertous (sukeati aku je hihi) country, so I'm  really excited to see this side of the earth for the first time.

That night, we've reached Madinah, and my first impression when I saw Masjid Nabawi was unexplainable. Subhanallah! It was remarkable! But I've just seen it from a distance. After checked in at our hotel and rested for a while, we went straight to the Masjid and wait until the Subuh prayers.

 Well there's lots of things happened here at Madinah, and so many site visits...I can't really tell each of them here (otherwise I'll be writing about it all day!) so I'll share the pictures I've had here...

Next, we went to Makkah, the major reason why we're here. I was really happy to know that our hotel is only 350 metres from Masjidil Haram (one of the closest to the mosque!) and it was close to the main door, Babul Aziz.

Here too, lots of things happened, but let me just tell them with these pictures okay...

 (tak larat nak letak caption coz gamba banyak sangat huhu =P) well as at Makkah, I've managed to perform the Umrah three times, which is quite good enough =) Then lastly, our journey back...we went to Jeddah (sempat singgah kat Masjid Terapung (man it was awesome!), and a few other places like the beach, Masjid Pancung etc) and relax there for a while before the flight and then heading to Brunei (we did slept there for a day) and lastly to Malaysia  =)

Until now, I still can't believe I already been there. You may see this as one regular trip, but it isn't. You'll find that it needs more than just physically prepared to go there, otherwise it'll be a waste. There's so many more I didn't tell here, but this is more than enough I guess. I wish that I can go there again (infact me and my siblings already made some plans to go there again soon!) coz' it's never the same like any other place in the world. here you'll find peace, tranquility and great humblenesstowards the Almighty.

Okay now's already 3.43A.M (I'm writing this post for like half a day! Hahah don't worry you guys, I've only left my lappy switched on for quite some time)...so then, let's hit the sack! (dah tak tahan lagi mata ni) Toodles! =)

The Second : Schooltime!

Most of my besties at junior college managed to achieve their goals on having the courses they've been dreaming of at university...well as for me, I've been a bit lost on the track (but thank God it still has the word 'Architecture'...Landscape Architecture! hahaha choosy me =P)

I've been missing my schoolmates ever since we've been apart at the end of Form 5. It alwys been a dream of mine to reunite all of us together so we can share our afterschool stories and melodramas...unfortunately, some already been to overseas and others were everywhere around the country hahah! during high school, most of us have almost the same views of what our future look like, so having us at different places widens it...we've learned that life is not just about being a doctor, engineer or a teacher (or other typical jobs we've used to listen, no offense okay)...it's much more than that.Well we've never thought that I'm once gonna be a landscape architect, and none would've guessed that one of us gonna be a teacher for the disabled (is it the Braille? Ooh I'm not sure about this one) ...life certainly is unexpected, you only have the power to plan =)

There are a few things I LOVE about being with this bunch of girls - they're lively, creative, melodramatic, funky, cheesy, crazy, kiddy, and most of all, pious...yupe, they're pious (no matter what religion they are, I respect people who stands with their beliefs) Whether I'm weak or strong, they're the people who always stand by my back and push me to move forward. Oh and ond more thing - we're all GEEKS!!! hahah sorry you girls, gotta admit it, but we do live in COOL ways, right? =P

These two girls inspired me the most . They believe that it is possible to achieve our dreams with effort and determination, and that really helped me a lot in building the confidence in myself. I remembered the three of us always travelled together across the country for any competitions held, and we share our stories together if one doesn't follow. I respect and owe them a lot. Thanks girls =)

  For now, we've settled our school life and continue on our own paths. The joys and pains we've been together will always be treasured by me till when2 =P ...I really hope that we can gather together again one day and share our stories.

The First

Assalamualaikum w.b.t.
It's a fresh new start!

Hi and welcome! This blog I've made here will generally talk about ME, THE ISSUES PEOPLE WERE TALKING AROUND RECENTLY and some FUN CHATS perhaps. Sounds empty, lame and boring right??? But nah, I don't mind people's blabbers and just moved on with my interest =)

These few weeks had been tough. I need to follow the tracks of other people when I actually need to have my own way to live with. Don't want to argue more on this, my heart is tore too much and I don't feel like want to talk about it anymore. Lets keep it a history and we'll go on with our lives, happily. No heart feelings.

Anyways, talking bout' the good stuffs happening around...firstly congratulations to my dear friend, Farid for his awesome result in UPU!!! Ahahahah, just popped out the awesomeness too much I guess. But Farid, you deserve it...best of luck in UIA okay =) 

I don't have much to say right now...I just went back form my campus and there's tons of assignments waiting for me downstairs...urrgh, thinking of those paper works made my head gone dizzy @_@

But the best part for this holiday is that my sister is joining the business lecture at Pangkor and I'm really happy that she'd decided her future path. Good luck sis! My family now had really great times together (although we're not together, but virtually, we are! huhu)...so I won't mess up the good times and spare this holiday to enjoy and give joy to my parents.

BTW, tomorrow I'll be heading to Parkson to check the movie tickets. Of course it's the HP's final! Oh I've been longing for this...but never fear O friends, I'll do my part in doing the assignment as how we done it during studio hours...

Miss you guys back there...wish I can meet the WONDERPETS-ians, each of them one day.
Hopefully I'll be typing again soon. Toodles! =)
